Gardien acquires Mile High Test Services. Strengthens its position as the leading independent PCB testing company in North America

Hillsboro, Oregon  and Longmont, Colorado, 4 February, 2010, Gardien and Mile High Test Services, Inc. (MHT)  both leading providers of independent PCB testing services announced today that as part of its global expansion plans, Gardien Services USA Inc. Hillsboro, OR, USA  has entered into a definitive agreement under which it will acquire  Mile High Test Services. The addition of MHT’s 4 test centers will bring the total number of Gardien North American  facilities to 10 and will expand the company’s footprint into the important Colorado and Texas markets.
